The N I E,
that interesting number that we foreign people should apply for if we wish to
stay for longer than 3 months or wait for it, buy a house or car. , and
goodness knows what else…Well that was the deal the last time I clung onto my
Passport and struck out valiently for the National Police Office in Puerto Del
Rosario.
I seem to
have moved up in local circles lately, and thus have been helping new arrivals in
their quest for the GREEN A4 road to well this time it seemed Valhalla .
As I thought I was going to die trying.

continued until I suggested that the gent I was attempting assist was buying a
car.

cert it took me 90 minutes including a trip to the ayuntamiento…this time 5
days and were not finished yet…
Evidently
the law is changing and Fuerteventura is awaiting word from Madrid
