I have a solution to Putin´s madness. Get rid of all the arms (from every country) and spend the money on feeding and educating the world, BEFORE IT´S TOO LATE. Or is it too late?
Meanwhile either cancel the league cup final, declare it null and void or better still kick Chelsea out, award it to Liverpool. But I have a sneaking feeling that Boris Johnson could be a pal of Abramovich, and of course in that elite world cash is king.
